When do you ship my order?

Although the time we need to prepare and order for shipping varies, we approximately need 1 – 3 business days to prepare your order. We may also need extra time and have questions for your personalized orders. We will let you know in case such a situation occurs. 

We use expedited shipping so that you can receive your order in 2-4 business days after we shipped the order.

I haven’t received my order yet within the estimated shipping time. Is my package lost?

The shipping times that we provide are just estimation. Please keep in mind that all estimations are business days. Allow couple of more business days even though the estimated shipping time is due. Some countries may have different postal policies or busy periods. Besides that, your package may be imposed to customs process and this will take more time than expected.

Do you charge for any other fees (customs, tax, VAT etc.) associated with the order?

As we have no control or information over your country's customs and tax policies, product prices do not include custom fees and import duties and the buyers are responsible for extra charges.

What if I do not like or there is a problem with the item I received?

Your satisfaction is our priority but if you are not happy with your item, first contact us within 14 days of delivery to see if there is a chance to fix any issues. You can also return the item as unused and packaged well. We will refund if the item meet our return policy. Return shipping costs are belong to customers.

How do I know the size of jewelry I want?

You can apply a basic and simple method to measure your wrist by wrapping a string around your wrist and then measuring the diameter of the string you wrapped around your wrist. You can tell us this diameter and we will be ready to make your order.

I want to buy as a gift and do you provide gift box and card to add a personal note?

Yes, we provide gift box. You can just tell us you would like a gift box. You can always add a personal note without any extra charge. As the card will be small, note limit will be 150 characters.
